2. Microsoft Excel             18 hrs
3. Microsoft PowerPoint – Making Small Presentation                04 hrs.
4. Internet Safe Browsing, WWW & Web Browsers                      02 hrs.

Practical/Theory – Lecture Hours: 30 hrs.


The objective of the course is to provide comprehensive training in office automation, internet, and internet tools. The course aims to equip candidates with the necessary skills and knowledge to proficiently use office automation tools such as word processors, spreadsheets, presentation software, and email, among others. Additionally, the course seeks to enhance candidates’ understanding of the internet and its associated tools, including search engines, online communication tools, and social media.

The course aims to provide hands-on training and practical applications of these tools, enabling candidates to work efficiently and effectively in a professional environment. Furthermore, the course strives to develop candidates’ awareness of current IT trends, best practices, and security issues, making them more equipped to handle technological challenges and opportunities.
