This is an offline course, the sessions will be held in the lab.

This course features 2 major softwares namely Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.

Adobe Illustrator is a vector drawing program. It is often used to draw illustrations, cartoons, logos, business cards, posters etc. It is widely used by graphic designers, web designers, visual artists, and professional illustrators throughout the world to create high quality artwork.

Working on Photoshop Layers and its properties.

Drawing different shapes and understanding its lineflow.

Positioning objects, Aligning and distributing of objects.

Working on image effects (FX) and Blending Modes

Working on different types of selection tools and Masking.

Gradient and color corrections.

Introduction to Adobe Illustrator Interface, tools and its properties.

Working on paths, views, selection tools, fills and strokes.

Creating and using swatches and gradients on filled regions.

Creating basic geometric shapes with the Shape tools.

Using Pathfinder panel to make unique shapes.

Creating Cartoon character
